very interesting

very interesting
This place is full of interesting exhibits about Worcester and its history. It had examples of manufacturing and industries and textiles. Alot of delightfully random exhibits, like a deep sea diving suit or the flight suit, and you wonder why the heck is that here? Then you read the explanation and it all makes sense. An interesting tidbit of information: the Smiley Face was invested here in the late 60s, and the man who came up with it only made $240 off of his idea. I would say this is a hidden gem. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Worth a quick visit
This small museum provides interesting background on the history of Worcester. The main focus is on the industrial history of the city, which also includes information on the immigrant community over time. They also have an extensive exhibit on the role of citizens in World War I, which was interesting as well. An hour is adequate to do a quick tour.
