    A jewel in Worcester
    This is a delightful art gallery. It is splendidly curated by people who really care about their art. The current exhibition Of British Impressionism is a splendid collation of paintings from the Newlyn Arts School, local artists and its own collection and is a great and perfect contrast with the previous exhibition of Canalettos. Most definitely worth a visit---and a stop off at the very pleasant cafe.

    Gorgeous and elegant art venue
    This gorgeous art museum is right in the heart of Worcester and has a great variety of art exhibits (over 38,000 pieces), including Chinese art, American art, Indian art, Islamic art, and Japanese art. They also took the exhibits from the Higgins Armory Collection after the armory museum closed a few years ago. The museum isn't too big but still manages to showcase the artwork without feeling overwhelmingly stuffed, and the staff are very knowledgeable about all of the exhibits. The museum also offers free parking, and admission is free on the first Sunday of each month.
