    Gothic Cathedral
The church looks like it was dropped out of Europe, great architecture. The ideal place to plan a wedding or wedding pictures.

Gargoyles!! Am I really in Fairhaven?
I really like classic European church architecture. And, I especially like the Gargoyles typically found on European churches. A beautiful European Cathedral is located in the center of Fairhaven. The Cathedral was a gift to the people of Fairhaven by Henry Huttleston Rogers. Rogers, a Standard Oil magnate, grew up in Fairhaven and was the town benefactor. The outside of this impressive structure is constructed with massive worked stone and enough carved Gargoyles to satisfy any Gargoyle lover. The inside has an Old World feel of carved wood and stained glass. It is my understanding that Rogers hired Bavarian wood carvers to render the wonderful carvings found throughout the church. You can attend Unitarian church services on Sunday or take a tour of the church on certain days during the week. Don´t miss this attraction if you want a bit of Europe in America.
