Worth the Walk!

Headquarters for The Satanic Temple hosts an art gallery on it's property. The Salem Art Gallery holds exhibits from international artists, progressive academia lectures and features a museum dedicated to the witch hunt hysteria of the 1980's Satanic Panic era. It is also home to the infamous 8.5 feet tall, 1.5 ton bronze Baphomet statue seen in the Oklahoma state grounds debate. Purchase tickets at: salemartgallery.com

    Informative little museum
A very small gallery which had an amazing style of paintings, artwork. Inside you can take a selfie with Baphomet statue and some throne chairs. The Misfortune Teller in the gift shop might have been my favorite humorous aspect in all of Salem.

Sit your tuchus right on Baphomet's lap!
This museum is quite small (4 rooms of a house). The art exhibit on display in Nov 2022 (photography) was very good. You are allowed to take photos inside the museum and even sit on the Baphomet statue! The staff here are legit the FRIENDLIEST people we met in all of Salem! Remember your mask, as they require one (but will provide you with one if you forget). I only wish it were bigger/ had more displays!
