Wide variety of authentic foods and drinks in fun setting
We visited on the recommendation of our Portuguese neighbors and loved the experience. We started with espresso and cappuccino in the cafe - very nice. Then checked out the wine selections and chose an inexpensive green wine. It would have been nice to have the option of wine tastings. We got a variety of cooked foods (bacalhua, octopus, cacoila and catchups), fresh cow cheese, roasted fava beans and pops and were glad to have the chance to sample some prepared foods. The oils, plentiful fish (canned and special room for salted cod), barrels with nuts/beans etc all made for a really interesting shopping experience. The only down side was not knowing the lingo and how to order from deli but staff were really helpful.

Variety and Quality
I visit this market every time I am in the Fall River area. Wonderful selection and variety of Portuguese foods from the exotic to everyday items. Foods I would never find in my area and I have found the quality to be excellent and the staff helpful and accommodating; I love this market and I wish I could shop there everyday!

Great Portuguese Market
Been here many times, great location, plenty of parking. They have pretty much anything a Portuguese market would have. Some things are a bit pricey. I'm not a fan of octopus but my husband can't resist getting some from the hot food deli every time we go. It has a little café area where you can grab a drink and a bit to eat.
