Great office of tourism
For a small town, Fairhaven has a rich history. From epic sea stories ( Joshua Slocum, Livesy, whaling, hurricane dike) to Revolutionary War Navel Battle, to famous philanthropy ( huttleston, Twain, Deleno) and great architecture: Fairhaven has plenty. Perhaps it’s most recent gem is the tourism director himself, Chris Richards. He is a knowledgeable, dedicated, public servant full of information. Check it out.

Outstanding Job!
This office really gives 100% to make Fairhaven one of the most welcoming and pleasant places to visit in the area. They offer many free tours. Often your tour guide will be in period costume. The guides are knowledgeable and friendly. You will be amazed at all the town has to offer.
