What you see is up to you
Nice piece of turn of the 20th Century kitsch. Read the Wikipedia entry for both the official story of the sculpture and to find out why college students think it's funny! Not worth a special trip, but if you are in Worcester, don't miss it.

Definately not worth a special trip to see what has been called "Turtleboy" by so many college students.
An interesting sculpture with some interesting details and history. I prefer "The boy with a Dolphin" statue or sculpture at Chestnut Place Plaza but, like a lot of interesting things in Worcester they're miles apart and the residents have no idea of what it is or how to get to it.
