Saha Sahara!

The trip is beautiful. The Altas Mountains are in view for much of the first day. Our driver and guide, Hamid is a wonderful ambassador for his Berber traditions and Global Adventures. He's kind and humble with a delightful sense of humor that put us at ease. He is also knowledgeable and a mindful driver. The tempo of the traditional background music went well with this road trip!. I also appreciated the various guides along the way with insights into Berber life. The camel ride is, of course, a highlight and the young people running the camp are attentive and engaging, having fun with the evening drumming. The desert in its evocative expanse and indelible beauty -- sun and shadow, stars and silence is a captivating experience just a few hoof steps into the dunes. To add the night in the hotel was beyond expectations and the food there was especially delicious. Thank you. It was an all around fantastic trip.

Best excursion in Morocco
A truly incredible experience! While it's a long drive to the desert, the trip was broken up well with visits to different villages along the way to get a taste of the local culture. The highlight was obviously the camel ride through the dunes at sunset, was one of my favorite travel experiences and well worth the drive! Our guide Ayoub, was very knowledgeable and always kept the positive energy going. You can tell how much he loves his job which made the trip that much better!
