    Great Time at Faim d'Epices!
We had a terrific time with Michel and Ilhame during our cooking class! It was great to learn how to cook a few of the dishes we had tasted during our 10 days in Morocco. Michel was a funny and lively host, who conducted a blind smell test of a variety of spices used in Moroccan food. Ilhame was very knowledgeable of Moroccan cuisine and helped us to create a wide array of tasty salads, tagine, and breads. Their facility is open, airy, and very inviting. The entire morning and afternoon was very enjoyable and eating our meal outside among the olive/orange/lemon trees was a delight. It was one of the highlights of our trip and a great way to end a fantastic time!

    Jolly hosts, good class
We spent a fun and informative day with the hosts at Faim d’Epices. Michel was a hoot and the food was delicious. They communicate very well throughout the booking process and the class. We were collected from the gate near our Riad and returned after the class. We learnt to cook several items, bread, Tagline, salad and Moroccan crepes. The gift shop was well priced and had a variety of items. We appreciated the day out of the busy Medina.
