COCKTAILS: Sotol cocktails, such as a Ranchwater, Sotol Margarita, and Barrel-aged Old Fashioned. TOURS: Take a tour of The Marfa Spirit Co., a high desert distillery located in downtown Marfa in the historic Godbold Feedmill, taste Sotol and other spirits in a guided flight, and enjoy a cocktail in our bar or on the sunny patio. Great place!
If you want to try some good local spirits, this is the place for you! Be on the lookout for it though. It's part of the feed mill. The burgers are some of the best I've ever had! Definitely the best on Marfa!

Definitely worth it!
This was really interesting and enjoyable. Laura was our host. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the history of the building and the distillation process of the various liquors that are made there. After the tour we sampled the Sotol, Rum and Gin . All very different tastes ,yet delicious. Laura made us the best Ranch Water I have ever had! Their Queso was excellent! Great way to spend an afternoon.
