Always a pleasure!

This was not our first time, and definitely not our last. Inhaca Island is just paradise. Our first time we went here was on our honeymoon. We stayed at Machangulo Beach Lodge and we took a day trip snorkeling around the island. It was incredible! The water was so clean and clear that we could see meters down. We also booked a tour to explore the island - Jumped on a 4x4 and drove to the lighthouse, just a few stairs up and we were on top of the world! The second time we booked a snorkeling trip with Chill-hie Charters. They're located in Macaneta Island. It was great fun! We would definitely recommend visiting this island whether you're on honeymoon, just there to relax or on vacation with kids! They will love it.

Indescribable
The whole trip was incredible! The boat ride over was smooth and comfortable, our stay at Kanimambo Lodge was five star! Our hike with Angelo through the mangroves to the Lighthouse was fun. Our snorkelling at Santa Maria was breathtaking with all the fish, a turtle and such pristine and clear waters. The Biologica was a little run down but the curator, Mr Queri Hobjuane , was extremely friendly and well versed in all island information. The island is a must-visit if you are in, or even near, Mozambique...

Good way to spend the day away from the city
Three islands , first island santa maria was one hour boat ride from The waterfront at maputo.. nice blue waters. Lunch was on a local Island. Delicious seafood lunch. Crab curry delicious. But the water where the boats dock is brownish. Third island was better than the second island . Sand is hot. Wear your slippers.
