Disappointed view
We were expecting a clear amazing view from the highest point in Macau, yet it was 9pm after a rainy day, there is no open air platform. The glass was very dirty and inconvenient for photography. We paid around 20 USD for each person but we had no clear view, nor clear shots.

Disappointing reception
Bungee jumping been always on my bucket list. As I am celebrating my birthday and the same time remaining days in Macau, my friends surprised me by purchasing the Bungee jump ticket in advance. Glad that special rate was offered to blue card holders. The ticket was under my name and during the time of purchase the blue card still valid. Arrived at the tower on the date of jumping. Upon presenting the voucher/receipt together with my passport. Receptionist asked for blue card, I kindly informed her that blue card just cancelled the day before the jumping. But instead of giving further information, immediately rejected me and I was told that I am not able to do so. As ticket was purchased only for blue card holders and that is policy. While trying to ask for further details, a staff named Edward B. (not to mention his full name), interrupted with a very rude tune of voice and choice of Filipino words whilst I am expressing to the counter in front of me. Totally respect and agreed that their is policy or protocols to follow in every company. However, the instructions weren't clear upon selling of ticket. Not even mentioned any terms and conditions on the actual receipt. Or rather at least mentioned during the time of purchase and reminded that need to present valid blue card instead of any further identification. Because if we we’re informed, we will understand better and change the date or hold the visa cancellation if necessarily. The reception didn’t give or offer any further options or assistance either, I asked if can refund and they just immediately opened cashier drawer no question asked and gave me back the cash accordingly. Wasn’t the service or experience I am expecting or maybe because my friend paid for the ticket that’s why they don’t care at all. I just don’t want to waste my friends efforts and gestures, so decided to let it go and bought skywalk ticket instead. Despite of disappointing experience, I still wanted to extend sincere thank you to one of the crew from Nepal, named Arjun, he assisted me during the walk and took wonderful photos as well. He provided me excellent service and company should appreciate staff like him.
