Awesome New Escape Room in Lubbock!!!
We are escape room lovers who work as a family of 4. We escaped the Pyramid Room & the Diner on our first visit to Time Crunch & were SO impressed by the quality of the rooms and level of detail/engineering in this brand new escape establishment. We had an absolute BLAST!!! The Pyramid room was the easier of the 2 (but don’t be fooled into thinking it’s easy) & a perfect fit for a group of 4. If you’re a beginner, start here, but even veteran escapers may see things you’ve never seen before & will not want to miss the unique twists this room holds. Without giving anything away, just know the puzzles & clues are widely varied & impressively creative with high production value. Some technical wizardry was seriously cool & made me feel like I was on a mission with Indiana Jones in a movie. (In actuality, you are trying to find his brother!) This was my personal favorite due to the Dr. Jones nostalgia & atmosphere created trying to escape from inside a pyramid. The Diner room was equally impressive, and a bit more challenging in a bright, vibrant authentic 50’s/60’s diner package that made me feel like I’d been transported back in time. Plan to bring your A game & take notes because this room is densely packed with clues & surprises (it was possible with 4 avid escapers, but a larger group would work very well). A little harder than the Pyramid room, but mostly due to the volume of puzzles & clues you have to solve & keep track of. Pay attention & get ready to be surprised by some ingenious elements & super unique clues that forced us to use all of our wits plus the free clues from our host. Our host was clever himself & gave great clues that were just enough of a nudge to get us un-stuck, but without giving much away. You can’t assume that level of hosting in an escape room. My kids (who are very bright puzzle/escape enthusiasts) liked this room best. In the final assessment, both rooms are well worth the reasonable cost & are highly entertaining & challenging. Of all the many escape rooms in Lubbock we’ve done, these 2 stood out as the BEST! Bravo to the Time Crunch team for jumping into the escape game with such high quality experiences. Can’t wait to come back as their new rooms become available!

We escaped!
We "Explored the Pyramids" as an office team building activity. It was so much FUN! The escape room environment was very detailed and puzzle clues were appropriate for a group of 7. No one stood around, there was enough to keep us all busy! The owner, Clinton, greated us and gave a great introduction as to what we can expect while in the room. We will be back!
