    Another unforgettable experience
The underground tunnels built,or perhaps I should say dug,on various levels underneath this town are more extensive than the town itself. Originally created as cellars for storage for wine, there are even rails for moving large containers around. My only suggestion would be to take some kind of jacket even in the summer because after a rather long underground tour it can get pretty chilly.

    Great if you speak German
The tour is nice, cellars are beautiful, price is ok the only problem but BIG was that although there was quite a lot of foreigners in our group the guide did not say a single word in English and therefore we did not know which button to press to listen to the recorded guide (that we got). He also spoke a lot and all the German speaking people laughed and seemed to enjoy the tour a lot whereas we foreigners had very short recorded comments and most of the time we stood and tried to (in vain) guess what he is talking about... To sum up, nice place but think about other nationalities too, please.
