Lovely walk along the lake
This is the only natural lake in Lower Austria, it is worth a visit. Along the south shore there is a lovely trail, mostly in the shade. Great for a family outing.

Very nice lake
This is a very nice place worth the visit. A 30 minute drive from A1 with boat tours, nice restaurants and great for kids. One of my favorites close to Vienna. Hike to the Obersee at the end of the road and do not miss the Schlosstaverne

Nice Lake!
Picturesc location surroundet by mountains. Super clear water!!! Nice for swimming and boat trips. There is an open air theater at the lake with a great variety of koncerts and plays in the summer. Great home made Ice cream at the shops around the boat rent area. We had a great afternoon there with the whole family. Chris
