Open Studios and Navigation Brewery equal a great Saturday.
This is a vast mill complex over many floor full of artists’ studios. The complex is open the first weekend of every month. You probably won’t make it through the entire mill on your first visit. Parking gets tight but don’t get discouraged if you encounter on street parking full since many of the artists park on the street to leave the lots available to visitors. There is also a shuttle from a near-by school. There are many different artists including wood crafters, soap makers, jewelry makers, photographers etc. On the bottom floor is the craft brewery Navigation Brewery. They specialize in IPAs and there are a variety of food trucks who are immediately outside the Brewery. There is also entertainment at the Brewery. Good for all ages.

    Lots of Artists!
We were in Lowell on a short stay and lucked out that it happened to be the first Saturday of the month. We enjoyed seeing all the art and bought a few things along the way. A great way to support your local artists and brewery.
