Aria Amazon is tops!
Our recent one-week cruise on the Aria Amazon was an extraordinary experience, and one of the very best river cruises on which my wife and I have ever participated. The ship is kept in superb condition and was always clean and in top operating condition. Fiorella Salazar, the Aqua Expeditions Cruise Director, did a wonderful job day-to-day seeing that every passenger’s every need was anticipated and fulfilled. Our four nature guides, Alex, Ricardo, Julio and Billy, were the most professional of any we’ve ever experienced on a river or ocean cruise. Their English was great and their knowledge of the local flora and fauna were encyclopedic. They worked hard to ensure our enjoyment and learning were maximized on every skiff exploration. We met Carlos, the bartender, on the second day and he addressed us by our first names. THAT shows how good the crew training was on this ship and cruise.

Aqua Nera is a HOME RUN!!!
I just finished a four night tour on the Aqua Nera. To say that the boat, crew, food and tours exceeded my expectations is and understatement. I have never experienced the level of service I had on this boat. It was Four Seasons on the water maybe even better?

Aqua Nera: The way to see the Amazon!
I cruised on the AQUA NERA for 7 nights along the Amazon. The level of service and luxury is quite astonishing especially for a small riverboat. There is nothing the crew won't do to make your happy. Cruise director Fiorella was so considerate and thoughtful that it almost brought tears to my eyes. I am an older person traveling alone and the entire crew made sure I had friends and company every minute (until I got to know the lovely passengers on board). My guides, Alex and Juan-Louis, were very informative and besides the wonderful narrative, made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. They told us stories about their own families and the personal touch made this trip all the more special. Looking forward to the Aqua Mekong next.
