ANDRE RIEU'S WONDERFUL CONCERT
Despite it raining for the evenings of the concerts prior to the one I attended, my night was dry. Andre and his crew had thoughtfully put a new plastic poncho on everyone's seat, as well as a bottle of water with his very own label. Food venues at the gates provided a small snack for the hungry ones, and those who missed out on tickets to the concert, had bought tickets at the surrounding restaurants to have not only a delicious meal,but to see and hear the concert on large screens. For them, it must have been almost as good as being in the concert seating. The atmosphere was electric and truly unforgettable.

Paintings by Marc Rieu
In July while the concerts of Andre Rieu are taking place, Marc Rieu displays a large number of his paintings at the rear of the theatre. Marc is usually in the area to discuss his work and also sell his paintings. Also about at 8.30 on the night of his concerts, Andre and one or two members of his orchestra assemble by the front entrance to the theatre. Ideal photo opportunity.
