very beautiful seating in the courtyard outside while you wait to go through the museum
A very quick and knowledgeable tour of the carob industry from this region. You learn about the different types of carob in this area and how it is processed. A few tasters at the end to help you learn about the many ways it can be used. And of course a chance to purchase some supplies for your trip home.

    Interesting visit and lovely location
We had a very interesting visit - personal tour from the owner who spoke very good English and explained all the processes very well. There was also a short film and someone making the toffee in the factory. Although a very short visit it was good value and worth while - admittedly we were staying in the same village anyway. The carob sweets were delicious and will make great presents for work
