Amazing service - friendly personal and very helpful. Initially visited for some help with directions to another trip we had booked. The gentleman I saw was so nice - he called a taxi for us as we misjudged how far away the venue was and also tried to call the venue to say we'd be late. We decided to return and hire bikes a few days later and hadn't made a reservation but the same gentleman saw to us and managed to secure the last 3 bikes. This gentleman was so so helpful and showed us a few trails we could follow. Would highly recommend and one of the friendliest places you could go for customer service! Brilliant place.

Fat bikes guided tour - loved it!!!
The staff at Sisu were very friendly. We went out with Markus on a 20k fat bike tour (ebike) and had a fantastic time! These bikes are so much fun and once, we took advantage of the electric battery, nice and easy to ride. The scenery was stunning and we even stopped for some hot berry juice and snacks at a hut halfway through. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to get out and see the Finnish countryside in a fun way.

A wonderful place run by wonderful people
We initially went into Sisu to book a cross-country skiing taster course, as none of us hd ever done it before. It was a wonderful experience, and we subseuqnetly rented equipment for two more days and headed off on our own. We also did an evening shoe-shw walk as well, which was great. Both our guides were super friendly, well informed, and spoke excellent English. Owners Timo and Maikku are among the friendliest and most genuine people we met the whole time we were in Finland. Can't recommend this place enough.
