Summertime joy - to climb to Luostotunturi
Last time in Luosto we climbed to Ukko-Luosto, Luosto (514 meters high). There are nice wooden steps, start from the end of the Ukko-Luostontie. Better be fit to climb there though! It will take about 2 hours. There is a free and easy map - www.retkikartta.fi - to see details, love this map!

Real Wilderness and silency
Middle of Lapland, that was special. Lovely village of Luosto. So, autentic, silence, nature is near....This is what you feel once in the lifetime. Great winter walking routes around the Ahvenlampi lake, beside of Spa Hotel. I will come again!

Great place to snowmobile trips
A small place for downhill skiing, good for families. But great for crosscountry or snow mobiling. Relatively close (not walking distance) to Luosto attractions.
