    A Must Do
A top moment from our entire week in Levi!! Foxfires' Spa Experience was one of the most relaxing and romantic activities my husband and I have ever done. Besides the obviously beautiful setting, the sauna experience itself was such a rejuvenating experience (highly recommend after a long day of skiing). Paul and Aggie do such an amazing job at making sure you have everything you need, while still allowing you to have privacy. Be sure to add this to your list of activities while visiting Levi!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Romantic, magical and amazing sauna and spa experience at Foxfires, Lapland
The best Arctic Sauna, Spa and Kota experience you’ll ever have! When we saw the photos online, we knew that THIS place is THE place to celebrate our special 25th wedding anniversary. Since we were staying at Foxfires as guests, our experience session was half-priced. We thought it was fantastic value considering we had the whole place to ourselves. So, this is how it was for us. At 19:00 (the start of our session), we walked from our Polar Bear room to the Sauna cottage. It was really romantic as the path was lit and we were greeted by the prettiest sight with the cottage and Kota both lit with fairy lights and lanterns along the path. We went there wearing the bathrobes provided. One could use the sauna wearing bathers or naked as the Finns do. Aggie gave instructions during breakfast that morning, so we already knew what to do there. There were towels there so we didn’t need to bring from our room. If you like, you could request a sauna hat to keep your head warm whilst in the hot tub. After a whole day of skiing, being in the sauna was most relaxing. As we were new to Finnish sauna, we spent 5 mins only at the start , followed by another 5 mins in the very hot tub. Then we sat on the chairs to cool off. The cycle repeated many times. Water was provided to keep us hydrated. We also used the Kota during our 2.5 hour session, to cook sausages for dinner. Paper plates, cutleries, wine glasses and sauces were provided by prior request. It was truly a unique and memorable experience. We loved the experience so much that we were fortunate enough to be able to book another session the next night. Don’t think twice about booking this place. We loved every minute of it at Foxfires. Whether you are staying as guests or just booking the Arctic Sauna Spa experience, you are guaranteed to have a truly unique and memorable experience. Aggie and Paul were the best hosts. They were very willing and happy to share their experiences and knowledge about aurora, foraging, living in Lapland, and many more. We will forever have the fondest memories of our anniversary in Lapland and wish them the very best in life for the future. (And thanks for the beautiful box of chocolates, guys!) Sylvia and Michael
