Unimaginable!
Who would have thought that you would survive in the lake of minus 1 degree?!?!? But we did, and quite enjoyably. There're several different types of sauna to try on before dipping yourselves in the icy cold lake. The feeling was awesome. After a nice heated charcoal sauna, the a shockingly freezing dip, your body will all be released from all muscle pains. Would love to try it again.

Sauna world experience
Pretty standard sauna experience. Expensive place but attention to detail/value for money do not meet. Really bad old sweat smell in the main hanging area, Vellamo sauna is nice with an amazing heat and view. Ukko smoke sauna was really good. Tapio was not so nice, broken door handle and sauna was quite noisy. Beach sauna really nice with a nice view. The locker key gets really hot in the sauna if you wear it on your wrist. Far from a relaxing luxury spa experience but an ok finnish sauna experience.

Not meeting the expectations
Expectations were high but unfortunately this place didn’t meet those. The smoke sauna (Ukko) was not warm, the air sauna (Ilmatar) was literally cold and the earth sauna (Tapio) was a standard electric sauna. The water sauna (Vellamo) was the best one with good heat and nice views. The lounge area had a disgusting old sweat smell. There are probably better and more authentic sauna places with lower price.
