Atlantis County Club, Florida, United States

4.0 (20 reviews) Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Spent Ranking #6 in Lake Worth Golf Courses

Great conditions and layout

The course is well maintained including cart paths, tee boxes, fairways and greens. Water can come into play at times, but not overly challenging or tight. Our round cost $100, but it was worth the money. We tried 7 other courses in the Lake Worth area and it is one of the best in the area. Neighbouring homes along the fairways are mostly bungalows and not obtrusive. Friendly staff.

    Great course.
Went here with my bro’s and nephew for our annual golf tournament (small family thing) the staff was amazing and very accommodating. The course was in great shape and for the price was a great deal($50 on GolfNow). The only negative I could say is the club rentals are $65 , they do give you an amazing set- calaway rogue but when the green fee is cheaper than the club rentals it’s a bit tough to swallow. All in all loved the course.

    QUAINT AND WELL-KEPT
I played here for the first time on a Sunday morning. My tee-time was 11:30am. I checked in at the pro-shop which was decent and stocked with a varied assortment of merchandise. The person behind the counter was friendly. I checked in with the starter. I was put with a threesome who were nice people. The putting green was small but well-maintained. I noticed the driving range but I didn’t use it. It looked like it was in good shape. The starter got us out on time. The course is relatively easy. We played from the white tees which have a slope of only 122 and a total distance of less than 6,200 yards. The fairways are generous. There is water on some holes, but really doesn’t threaten. The sand traps and bunkers are very well maintained. I was impressed. The tees and fairways were in great condition. The greens are where this course will ad strokes to your score. The greens are amazing. They are relatively small, but undulating and very well-kept. They’re hard, too, but fair. A ball to the green needs to be hit high and land soft, and below the pin. Anything hit above the pin will leave a tricky putt(s) from above. We finished the round in exactly 4 hours. There was no ranger on the course but there was very little waiting. The pace was OK. There is a concession stand at the clubhouse but for some reason it closes at 2pm. Not sure why. Drinks and food were reasonably priced. I will definitely include this course on my list of places to play again. It’s not very challenging, but the conditions are very good. Give it a try.
