Best Bike Rental Trip
Traspa was so helpful in getting us bikes to ride in LaRioja. We had planned to ride on Via Verde del Oja but he mapped us on a better route with beautiful vistas through vineyards and river views. Then we were getting off track and he appeared on a bicycle to guide us to the correct route. Very affordable and friendly service.

Great kayaking trip in rioja
Lovely 3 hour kayak on the river ebro. Despite the language barrier, (we don't speak Spanish) we felt safe and in good hands. The views were fab and it was good to do a non wine related activity! It was easy getting in and out of the water. The route was gentle and where there were a couple of faster flowing sections our instructor was clear on which route we should take.

Quad tour
Luis took us on a quad tour of the vineyards surrounding Haro. The views were spectacular and we were taken to several viewpoints where we could see for miles. Despite us not speaking any Spanish and our guide not speaking much English at all, the views were enough and we stopped off at a couple of vineyards along the way where Luis (with the help of translate) explained a lot regarding the growing of grapes in the Rioja region. A very enjoyable 2 hour tour through little villages and rural areas where grapes were being harvested at the time. A lovely way to spend the evening.
