Kayaking on Ebro
We went kayaking on Ebro river with the guide ( Borje). Borje was easy to communicate with, driving directiins he provided were clear. The river is georgios and mostly flat. The kayaking is pretty easy except for two rapids, which are not that terrible, especially if you follow Borje's instructions. There were no other people on the river so we had an opportunity to enjoyed the birds and the nature in solitude. Grape Adventures have basic sit -in kayaks in a very good condition. After we were done Borje offered us light lunch ( salami, chorizo, bread and wine) which was a very nice surprise. I highly recommend this tour to anybody visiting La Rioja region. The tour is suitable for beginners

Quad
We had an amazing time on the quad! Good tour and nice winetasting. The quadtour varies between on and off road and sometimes through water! Good quads with a good speed. The winetasting is in a lovely small town. We tasted white, rosé and red wines with some snacks. You can buy some wine afterwards? We recommend this company ? The instructor translated everything in English. Thank you!

Great service, really good quality bikes and the perfect way to see the vineyards of La Rioja.
We hired two mountain bikes for two days from Grape Aventura, and it was a great experience. Booking was easy via email (thanks to Borja for his excellent English as our Spanish is limited!) and the bikes were delivered to our hotel with all the extras we needed, such as helmets, locks and lights. They were collected again two days later. In between, we enjoyed cycling around the beautiful countryside of La Rioja and found the bikes to be well-designed for coping with hills and stony tracks - they were really light and had all the gears we needed. It was the perfect way to see the area, including some of the most fantastic sunsets we've ever seen, and we'd definitely do it again.
