Ok lake, small

The lake is ok, quite small but there are some photo opportunities. Would not recommend it for bathing though as the water is very "still", it does not move at all, I think it was full of leaves. You need good shoes and good balance to do these hikes in Valbona. Even though this one seems easy but going down is harder than going up. The path goes through the forest. There are tree roots and leaves.

    More like a puddle
    The lake is nothing spectacular, ok for a quick relaxation session. The trails around it are beautiful though, like a fairytale. Especially the one that goes along the river has some very decent spots for a picnic or a mild hike.

    Not worth it
    We went in summer and there wasn't very much water in there, perhaps it is nicer at other times of year but it really is nothing special. The mountains are the kings here!
