Welcome to Swedens oldest countymuseum! Here you can see exhibitions about local history, glass and temporary exhibitions. Smålands Museum and the Swedish Glass Museum are two museums under the same roof. Welcome to visit both parts (only one entry fee). In addition to the museum there is also the house of emigration, this museum is also included in the same entrance fee.

Don't Let Your Wife Loose In Here!
This Glass Museum is more of a retail store than museum and I have the credit card bills to prove it. My wife loved the place and "found" many "bargins". :-) We took the tour and did enjoy watching their craftsmen creating some amazing pieces of glass.

Very Interesting
I thought this was the best place to visit in Vaxjo. There were a lot of interesting pieces of glass work here. And it is combines with the Emigrant House and Smaland Museum. One ticket for all three places! 70 Kroners.
