So worth a visit

IKEA Museum is for anyone who’s curious about IKEA. Curious about our history, curious about design, or curious about how Ingvar Kamprad from little old Agunnaryd created the global company we are today. Or you may just be curious to see what our very first store looked like.

    Great museum
If you happen to have your ways going through the south of Sweden, then do make a detour to the small town of Älmhult, which is where IKEA started. Now they have made the old warehouse into a museum, which is a little like stepping back in time when you walk down the path of the IKEA history. A Couple Hours Well Spent
If you are in the area, The IKEA Museum is well worth a couple hours. If you appreciate well designed products, there is plenty to marvel. Additionally, the history of the IKEA brand and its founder are quite interesting. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the delicious meatballs (in my case the chicken balls) in the museum restaurant. A delicious was to end your visit.
