A lovely lake and a lively park
It is a very beautiful lake in Marivan, around which a nice park is built. The park is very lively in the evenings and nights. You can camp in the park even at night. You can have a tour on the lake on a boat. Unfortunately as a result of recent dry weather in Iran, it has lost most of its water ☹️, but it's still beautiful

A piece of heaven In KURDISTAN
Zrebar Lake Zrebar Lake is located three kilometers west of Marivan city, 125 kilometers northwest of Sanandaj (The capital of kurdistan province).This lake is one of the most beautiful natural resources in Kurdistan,Zrebar created a spectacular view through the mountains covered with Iranian oak trees. There are many shops around the lake, selling gifts, folk dishes such as ‘Kalaneh’, and delicious barbequed fish caught from the lake, which is highly recommend by the visitors. There are also quite good restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops in the area, and some hotels and villas at reasonable prices next to lake. Make sure to try rafting using pedal or motor boats in the pristine water of the gigantic lake. The best time to travel to this lake is from April to late July. But if you like to enjoy the winter scenery, it's better to travel there in February and March.
