Gem of the Lakeshore
Have been here twice and each time marveled at the wonderful art exhibitions (quilts/fiber art and paintings). It's a beautiful building that's fun to explore, and is remarkably fitting for an art museum. It would be a terrific location for a special event as well. The gift shop has a fantastic selection of jewelry, art, scarves, etc. by local artists, which benefits the center. The only downside is accessibility, which can be tricky upstairs.

Anderson Arts Center has much to please and charm
A large mansion located on Lake Michigan, the Anderson Arts Center hosts wonderful art collections which shift from time to time. It has an excellent gift shop and in the summer is the location of terrific concerts. It can be difficult to find for the casual visitor to Kenosha, but it's worth looking for.
