A Hidden Gem!
Worth every penny for sure. Chet has a great demeanor (calm, strong, confident, humble), his boat skills are outstanding, and he’s well respected on the river. I like to thoroughly check an outfit out before booking, but there was minimal info about his, so I just took the chance. So glad I did. Book him if you can, I’d say it’s your best chance of getting the fish you want (always dependent on the run and tides, which he’s very knowledgeable about) with the least hassle. It’s the kind of experience you kinda wanna keep secret so you’ll have a better chance of booking a spot, but he really deserves a good review.

A fishing guide who cares
My father and I have been fishing with Chet 3 times since 2003. We continue to come up every so often and fish with Chet because he knows the rivers like the back of his hand. If things are slow. He changes his tackle and locations of need be. He understands that the people who live in "the lower 48" (like me from Maryland) it takes more then just a few dollars to get there. So when you do get there. He wants your experience not only to be a good fishing trip but a GREAT vacation. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable.

Chet finds fish
Chet knows the rivers and works hard to make sure his clients catch fish. On a recent day with low fish counts (sockeye) - he switched rivers and boats to eventually make sure everyone caught their limit.
