Nice stay but could be better
Was really going to give our stay a 4-stars but felt that cleanliness could be better. Everything in the room was acceptable and not as bad as some reviews mentioned it to be. But we would definitely have expected more for the price we paid. Absolutely love the child’s sink in our room’s toilet which I feel that every hotel with a sizable toilet should have! However, the bedsheets are quite badly stained which made me felt that it’s dirty ? the toilet also floods quite a bit every time we take a shower. The shower also has one of the shortest hose ever which is very irritating if you are showering young children. Breakfast is also a big madhouse with super super long queues even though we were there at 8am. The play area at the side to entertain the kids make queuing a little more bearable but the whole area and the restaurant was just too busy and noisy. Food quality was not too bad for us (it’s much better than RWS’s breakfast ?) The hotel is an absolute dream come true for the kids as there were big pools of Lego and play structures all around the hotel. My 4 year old loves solving the in-room treasure hunt to get free packets of Lego. If you are considering the premium room, there is no need to as the room size and offerings are all similar except you get more in-room decoration and a nicer door ?

School holiday outing
The facility is ageing need some upgrade soon. First of all the WiFi is so disappointing, I was sitting at L5 lift area seat to do some email but it cannot connect. I tried to call with the phone on the table to reception but keep can't go thru. Have to go down to reception only knew it may be too many users then need to use other username. Really don't know what to say which supposed to inform much earlier. Then the sanitizer is like for show mostly is empty. I have been there from sun to wed. It was not refilled. Room ac is not cold 507# n shower pressure low. Next is the efficiency of the staffs managing the ride. Very much improvement possible as while waiting for the ride to end, the staff just chit chat where they could straight arrange next guest to standby in front of the barrier for next ride. However, they waited for all guest from the current ride to go off first only they slowly walk to the queue n count guest b4 asking them stand in the barrier gate. I had been to many theme parks in other country but such inefficiency management only seen in Malaysia Other than that is the staff friendliness, all like want die face. There is some ok like the bouncing bee. The management should visit korean theme park like everland to witness and experience how's the staff friendliness. In addition to that, the breakfast is very very lousy worst than 3 stars hotel. The choices n the food quality. Even fruit always same, watermelon, green apple n Honeydew. Mostly sour n tasteless. Coffee most simplest also very mild taste. Even don't have my favourite half boiled eggs which first time I seen doesn't offer in hotel breakfast. Receptions is seriously under staffs. You know it is check in time but there is only 2 staffs working on it n results long queue. My check in experience was seriously disappointed as I went to pre check in around 10 am. Told them pls make sure quiet room n pls provide baby cot. Guess what happened when I came I took key n got into my room around 6+ pm. Gave me room facing renovation n didn't prepare baby cot have to go down and change room n wait..... Lastly parking is so limited ... don't know who did the planning
