Great local bike/scooter rental shop
After being told by four area bike rental places that they were booked, I found Ironhorse scooters. The gentleman who owns and runs the place was very friendly and accommodating. He helped me choose just the right bike for me, and he delivered/picked it up from the condo we were renting. The one week rental was very reasonable (helmet and lock included if you want them). This company was a joy to deal with, and I'll be renting from them every time we visit.

Biking Paradise
This bike and scooter shop was the HIGHLIGHT of my trip to the Treasure Coast !! I've rented bikes in all places I've traveled around the world -- this shop has the best selection of quality bikes that were in excellent condition . Kevin (owner) is impeccable with ensuring bikes are safe and ready to go. I rented the bike for a week (super reasonable) and he had my bike ready to go in the morning (checked tires, oiled chain, adjusted handle bars for my height etc) and also provided a nice COLD bottle of water before AND after the ride at no charge. Lock,helmet and backpack also provided -- THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO EXPERIENCE THE AREA !!

One of the best biking deals I have ever found
I wanted to rent a bike on my recent trip and called a shop based on a brochure at my resort. They could not accomodate one of my requests so I checked out Ironhorse. You could miss this shop driving by the street as there is not a big sign and the shop is not front and center. But if you are in Jensen Beach and in need of a rental, this is the place to go. I was given a choice of my bike for only $12 for a half day rental. Wow! I have never been given such a great rate in all my travels. The bike was comfy and a map and suggestions were given along with a water bottle. There are also motorized scooters but I did not ride them. The owner (I think Kevin?) was friendly and outgoing. If I am ever in the area again, I will be back to rent again.
