Interesting -
Excellent collection of Jefferson-area and Texas information. There are currently 3 floors plus a basement - all bursting at the seams with things to see. The museum is slated for a renovation -- it is sorely needed - but the results should be fantastic. We only had an hour there before it closed -- we probably could have spent twice that time.

Ride the Rails
What a great addition to the Jefferson experience. The owner, Don, has gone to great lengths to entertain and amuse folks. The Christmas train was wonderful. I have heard the spook train at halloween is great also.
