Beautiful piece of history
I loved this! Aside from being related to Nemesio Canales myself, it was a great trip to Jayuya. The house is beautiful and all the furnishings, books and decorations are intact. I loved seeing his tomb and the engraving on it. The location of the house is breathtaking. It sits on the valley below the Tres Picachos and next to the river. You can also camp on the valley next to the house if you call and get a permit ahead of time.

Typical Spanish roots museum
Very well kept museum, good history of Spanish Puerto Rican roots, good parking and very nice cineary. Small but a lot of history, perfect price for museum, nice place to visit
