An enchanting walkway along Lake Chapala meeting great people, many walking very well socialized dogs. Causal dining outdoors was a relaxing with excellent & very reasonably priced food. Local artist and groundskeepers have created amazing works to enjoy. We saw some graffiti and the next time we came it was covered with fresh paintings! Keep up the tremendous effort people of Ajijic! It makes a difference!!

Idyllic
Stroll along the park-like broad walkway on the shore of the largest lake inn Mexico. In fact, the malecon parallels a park with picnic tables, exercise equipment, a basketball court and beautiful shade trees at one end. Watch fishermen, children playing, families enjoying each other, and local life in this beautiful setting.

Great family hangout
This is the place to be for a walk in the rain or sunshine, usually there are some vendors that sell home made ice-cream or other delicous things. On Sundays all families come together here to eat drink and be merry. Very wonderful atmosphere.
