Perfect place to swim , jump and sun bath.
A beautiful natural area. Worth traversing the rocky roads by car to reach the natural beaches and cliff jumping off points. To enter the park by car is 80hk (€90). It’s well worth the cost as you have the entire day to explore.

Fantastic snorkelling, with cliff jumping for those with the courage...
You have to pay to get into the national park, and then drive for 15 - 20 minutes down a dusty track to get to the final point of Kamenjak, but it's definiteely worth it. The water is wonderfully warm and clear, with good snorkelling to be had and the boys loved jumping 5 - 6 metres off the cliffs into the gaps between the rocks. There is also a great bar, with the unoriginal name of Safari Bar, with great little nooks for enjoying drinks. It's VERY popular so either get there early or later in the afternoon when people are beginning to slope off home.

Good,but..
The Place Is gorgeous, BUT we went there yesterday looking for the dinosaur's footprints. First day, we couldn't find them, second day, we did. We saw some pictures in the internet and now it's very different: the footprint are not well preserved, the black circles that used to indicate them are gone, people can't find them because they almost disappeared. People just walk on them, lay on them, nobody cares because nobody can't see them. I think it's a shame that DINOSAUR'S FOOTPRINTS are kept this way since it's the main attraction and a they're pretty rare. Kamenjak should do better than this.
