San Blas Bay
If you are in Gozo you have to go to San Blas bay. One of the nicest and most relaxing beaches. No cars, no roads, only fields and the sand :) A bit difficlut to get to ... you have to walk it so put on a good pair of slippers and try to avoid going or leaving the beach between 13:30 and 17:00!! too hot !! To go up the road you can pay €2 and they will take you up with the jeep. There is a small take away (cooks on bbq) so you can buy a burger or some soft drinks / beers.

Just lovely... But difficult access
If you can reach this beach, it is just perfect... It is accessed by a very steep decline which is far easier to get down than up! Those older or less able bodied will struggle. Out of season, we had the beach to ourselves for the whole morning. It was a little cold for swimming, but we enjoyed a good paddle! Sandy, but small - I imagine this to get very busy in high season!

great beach
What a find this was, a gem in gozo. Leave your car at the top and walk down the very steep hill and onto the sandy beech of san blas. Dont worry there is a great little bar serving chilled drinks and snacks and when your day is over you can get a jeep to take you back up the hill for a couple of euros. A very quiet place to spend the day
