Walking down memory lane
This museum is stuffed with Great War memorabilia from both wars and sings the history of Malta and gozo in just 3 rooms. A private collection from just one man and until he obtained this lovely building the memorabilia was stored at its home. Original oil,on canvas arts to postcards and shields from all over the world are stored in no particular order which makes it all the more interesting. A donation of 2e per person is suggested for the up keep of the building . The whole thing is run by volunteers who are very informative about the content of the museum. This is a little gem of Gozo.

Enjoyed this as it was informative about this mans dedication to finding, learning about, and using local herbs and plants to create medicinal formulas back in the day when there might not have been any doctors available , like during the WWII when doctors were dedicated to helping the troops on Malta meanwhile the locals here still needed medicines.
