Labyrith is truly among the best!
My family and I are escape room junkies and have traveled many states. I must say that Labyrinth provides absolutely the best overall experience! All three rooms are very well designed and provided multiple ways for the entire group to participate simultaneously in different tasks while working together to achieve the same goal as a team. The set designs are spectacular and the themes are very well thought-out. The staff were all extremely personable and it was apparent that they enjoy what they do and want to ensure that you have the best experience. This is among the best there is and I highly recommend them for any family or work team building event!

Had a great time, not good communication between owners and employees
We very much enjoyed the Skull Island Pirate themed room. We got out with 13 minutes to spare. The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because I wanted to book the room ahead of time, but each of us would pay separately. The person I spoke to when I made the reservation assured me that they would take my credit card number but not charge it. I received a charge the next day of $245.00. I called and asked about it and was assured that the charge would be refunded when my friends and I all paid the night of. When we arrived, the employee said, "Okay, it looks like this is all paid for already." and I said, no it's not, you need to refund me and charge each of us. He said no until I pitched an absolute fit in front of my friends. Only then did he finally give in. I paid for myself, my husband, and one person that did not end up showing up, so $87. The employee in the meantime told me he had issued me a refund. I have YET to receive that money and it's been 4 days. So I am not impressed.
