Fabulous in every way!
Everything was take care of. Travel arrangements were super easy. The guides were excellent - fun, experienced and helpful - and the food was extraordinarily good. They set up camp, loaded and unloaded the rafts, cooked, guiding the boats, led hikes, helped the novice kayakers and fly fishermen, and made it all look easy. This was a stellar experience, in nature, completely unplugged, spending time with old friends and making new friends. IRJ is a first-class operation.

World class rafting on The Middle Fork Salmon River!
First of all, I want to give a big compliment to #IdahoRiverJourneys who let us move our booked trip twice because of Covid-19. Thank you so much for the journey of my life! If you pack according to their checklist, you can manage the trip without any problems. The trip was a pleasure from the first to the last moment. We experienced an awesome flight to the starting point, so many laughs, nice fellowship with other rafters, super nice and experienced guides, good stories, good and well-cooked food and drinks, good music and evening entertainment, nice hikes, fantastic nature, adrenaline and absolutely wonderful and crazy rafting. We went the first tour of the year with the highest water level in 10 years according to the guides. The rafting went fast and you have to make sure to stay in the boat at certain times. I can really recommend this trip if you like nice nature, world class rafting, camping, hiking, hot springs, wildlife, waterfalls, new friends. Many thanks to Skip and his wonderful crew!
