Wonderful place to browse, read, and relax.
My wife and I visited the Howell Carnegie Library several weeks ago. This is a wonderful facility that offers periodicals, historic pictures of Howell, books on CD, and a book sale every month ($1.00 for hardbacks and $.50 for paperbacks). The employees were helpful, and my wife and I both obtained library cards. This facility is nicer than 90% of the libraries that I have been too.

Essential to our family
We feel very fortunate to have such a beautiful, historical library in our community. My husband and I have taken our children here from the time they were babies and at least monthly for the last 10 years. Now they are the ones who ask to go! In addition to great books and people, they offer so many classes and activities to enhance the lives of all Howell residents.

Regular visit
This is an awesome library. It has an impressive history and is current with all my library needs. I am able to order and receive in a very timely manner all my requests
