Mendi River Rafting
The river is ideal for white water rafting. We (locals) use inflatable car/truck tubes to float on it. We usually go upstream and raft our way downstream and stop wherever we like. For us it can take 2 - 3 hrs of rafting before we end the trip and go home. There are some grade V rapids that we could not pass through so we stop, skip and continue further down. Visitors especially those strong-willed & energetic ones can bring their own rafters to raft on it. Currently, there's no establishment that one can get through them. An isolated arrangement can be done to give visitors their chance to raft the river.I bet you'll get the most thrilling experience of a life time. Friendly local teens can be your guide and rafting can be done all-year round.
