Not sure I'd call it an attraction
This is the river port in Fuyuan on the Heilong (or Amur) River. In the winter it is quite obviously closed because the river is frozen over. It looks a lot different from the Tripadvisor cover photo. To the right there is a river walk that seems to be accessible only next to the river port but the walk goes all the way to the southern end of the city. You can also access the river just north of the port below the national forest.

Chinese marine gateway to Khabarovst
I visted Fuyuan town in July 2016,. I went to this Chinese marine gateway for having a look. Nothing special. I saw a few police stayed there. They do not ask people for anything. I think they are just there for keeping safe. People can buy ticket for ferry to Khabarovst there. But, only a few people were there when I visited the gateway
