Marvelous!! A must visit in Zhengding
The monastery was originally built in the Sui Dynasty (586 AD). Most of the present buildings were reconstructed during the Song Dynasty (960-1279 AD). Other than beautiful architectures, there are lots of valuable artworks. For example, a 22-meter bronze statue of Thousand Hands Guan Yin, a colorful wooden carving of Guan Yin sitting in a grotto, statues of bronze Buddha, and historical stone tablets. What a marvelous historical spot!! It is a must visit for architecture researchers, religious art lovers, artist, and history buffs.

Fascinating complex
This complex is ancient and full of so many different things. The temple is off the western tourist track so more local tourists. We had children with us so and they were very popular with many locals wanting photos with them and even some with us so you need to be prepared for that as well. The sights were spectacular and we really loved this place. It takes a long time to explore it and we could have spent longer there.
