    Neat store, great owners
This is an establishment we visit each time wee are in Haines (often more than once. The store is interesting, the owners are very friendly and kind. Go there to buy souvenirs and more unusual items. If you like knives, Rod makes his own, and they are pieces of art. Then there is the sinfully delicious homemade fudge, the popcorn, the artwork--well, I am sure you get the message by now. Go browse and take home an unusual item or two to keep the memories of your visit to Haines alive for a long time to come...

Wonderful array of local artisan merchandise !
What a refreshing surprise to find a shop that is not full of imported products........The merchandise is crafted by over 20 different local artists, some also work shifts in the store and are available to answer your questions.......Prices range from the lower end note cards with pictures of the Haines locale to more expensive carved birch bowls, specialty inlaid wood handled knives, jewelry.....even hand knitted baby sweaters.....something for everyone !
