Honouring the female fighters of the Red Army
It is nice to see a memorial dedicated to the many women of the Red Army, who made great contributions to its victory. Fortunately, I visited with some Chinese friends, who explained the significance of the military exhibits and the contribution of the Red Army women fighters. As all the information is displayed in Chinese only, I would have had little understating of what I was viewing.

Not much to see
It was quite a disappointment coming to this museum. Fortunately, it was free admission. There was nothing much, only the a statue by the entrance, another bigger statue by the museum entrance (museum was not opened), an old aeroplane and two tanks. All these are located outdoor.

Not a lot to see
Statues of women fighters, a small museum with everything in Chinese and some badly decaying weapons, artillery and a tank and jet fighter. Give it a miss, there are a lot better ways of spending your time.
