    Excellent museum
I really enjoyed this, they had some old trains and carriages including those that used to run on the railways in Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Palestine and Israel. One was from the 1920s and others more recent. They let you walk through the carriages. There was also information about the history of the railways in this area. It is a little hard to find as it is located near the old Haifa train station built by the ottomans

Off the beaten track but worth it
Better to access this museum by car. Hard to get there otherwise. Really interesting spot which incorporates railroad history along with Ottoman and British Mandate history. Signage is very helpful. You can enter many of the retired old carriages.
