Superb service at LA REGINA cruises

Courteous and excellent staff, very hospitable. Well planned activities at the cruise, rooms are well kept with stunning views. Patrick and Sam were exceptionally caring in arranging for vegetarian food with no egg and made us feel thoroughly comfortable. Would highly recommend for a cruise!

Nice experience but 1 night is enough
We were on La Regina Royal, the cruise ship is very nice with beautiful super comfortable rooms and a spacious deck. The bay itself is crowded with other visitors who follow more or less the same itinerary no matter which cruise or how many stars. The best part was sipping drinks on the deck during happy hour while we watch the amazing sunset views. Needless to say, the staff were very nice and responsive, especially Alex our trip guide. Make sure when you book the trip, you get the number of your trip guide and they have your number so that you can locate each other on arrival at the port station.

Amazing experience, recommended to give it a try
Ship was clean and with good facilities. The service crew and Manager Duy provided good service and was very clear with the itinerary and plans throughout the cruise period. Overall a good stay. Highly recommended to experience Ha Long Bay.
